Q: What health insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurances. Please call us and we'll gladly check with your insurance company.

QHow do I set up my initial appointment for physical therapy?
You can simply give us a call - we'll be happy to schedule your initial appointment or 
if you are being referred by your doctor - their office can contact us.  
You will be asked to give your name, diagnosis and a number of where you can be reached.  
We would appreciate it if you could arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 
Be sure to bring your insurance card.  To save time, we also have patient forms on this website that 
you can fill out & print at your leisure prior to your appointment.

Q.  How long are the appointments?
The first appointment is approximately one hour.  After that, they can range anywhere 
from 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how you feel.

Q.  What can I expect on my first visit?
The therapist will ask you about the history of your injury. Depending on your injury, we may take 
measurements, and depending on your pain level, we may even start treatment on your first visit.

Q.  What should I wear?
Something comfortable, loose, easily movable for us to be able to get to the area in pain. 
For Example: if you are coming in for knee pain, please bring or wear shorts, or baggy pants that can 
be pulled up over the knee.

Q: How long should I expect to undergo physical therapy?
We believe that each person has unique needs. All patients are carefully evaluated and then are recommended an appropriate treatment plan. At the time of your evaluation, we will be better able to determine an effective timeframe for your treatment.
